Straw yellow color with greenish iridescence. Its bubble is fine and with good release, forming a light crown. Aromas of aging (yeast, nuts, butter), of ripe fruits and anise memories. In the mouth, its entry is soft and fresh; with a bubble that fits very well in the mouth. In the retronasal route, memories of dried fruits appear. It is a cava with a dry aftertaste and a marked character.
