Rebula is the Slovenian name for that classic northern Italian grape, Ribolla Gialla.
Fresh apple & meadow-flower aromas. Crisp, youthful, with apple, green melon and saline notes. Very food friendly.
Food pairing: Great with summer salads, fish, pasta in vegetable sauce and spring risotto.
