Introducing Unbarreled V3, a 15% imperial stout conditioned on cacao nibs and infused with the rich flavour of a freshly emptied and deconstructed 14-year-old American oak ex-Tennessee Whiskey, ex-Caribbean Rum, ex-Speyside whisky barrel.
By dismantling the cask and shaving inner layers from the staves before soaking them in the beer, we’ve incorporated intense layers of brown sugar, light molasses, sticky toffee, plum and dark fruits that meld beautifully with the complex dark chocolate malt aromas of our full-bodied stout.
