This great Cabernet Sauvignon wine is made using 100% new oak by vinification integral. A cold pre-fermentation maceration reveals beautiful aromas of black fruits and spices, while optimising an intense colour in the first hours of barreling. A tailor-made extraction reveals an ampleness and a density on the palate of a very high quality. The result is eloquent. 1200 bottles only.
