In common with other ‘orange’ wines the colour is achieved through 6 months extended skin contact for the juice. It’s also zero intervention: no added sulphur or yeast, no fining or filtration, and no oak. The result is dry, elegant and successful. Dry and nutty, with firm tannins and citrus elements. Try it with earthy foods like mushroom risotto or sweet potato gnocchi.
