A soft, fruity three-year-old Cuban rum from Eminente, Ambar Claro has been matured in ex-whisky casks to create layers of crunchy red apples, white pepper and ginger throughout the palate, alongside pear, chamomile, vanilla, caramel, nutmeg and walnut that linger in the finish.
