Created by Cirilo Oropeza, an experienced master distiller with over 50 years of distilling experience under his belt. Espolon is handcrafted in Aranda, Mexico and made from 100% Blue Weber agaves, which were slow-cooked for far longer than the industry standard – allowing for a more complex and sweet profile. There are big hits of grilled pineapple and vanilla, giving way to black pepper, liquorice and cooked agave.
